本周稀土市场行情，镨钕和镝铁价格小幅下调，金属钕和铽的价格较为稳定。亚洲金属网周末价格: 镨钕金属价格1035-1045元/KG；金属钕价格1130-1140元/KG；镝铁合金价格2870-2890元/KG；金属铽价格14150-14200元/KG。

This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe declined slightly, prices of Nd metal and Tb were relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal at the end of this weekend presented: PrNd metal 1035-1045 RMB/KG, Nd metal 1,130-1,140 RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 2,870-2,890 RMB/KG and Tb metal 14,150-14,200 RMB/KG.

12月23日，据国务院国资委发布公告称，中国稀土集团有限公司在江西赣州正式成立。中国稀土集团是由中国铝业集团有限公司、中国五矿集团有限公司、赣州稀土集团有限公司为实现稀土资源优势互补、稀土产业发展协同、引入中国钢研科技集团有限公司，有研科技集团有限公司等两家稀土科技研发型企业，按照市场化、法治化原则组建的大型稀土企业集团。

On December 23, according to an announcement issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. was formally established in Ganzhou, Jiangxi. China Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. is a large rare earth enterprise group established in accordance with the principles of marketization and legalization, which incorporated by China Aluminum Corporation, China Minmetals Corporation, and Ganzhou Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. to achieve complementary advantages in rare earth resources and synergy in the development of the rare earth industry, and to introduce two rare earth technology R&D enterprises including China Iron and Steel Research Institute Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd. at the same time.

组建后的中国稀土集团属于国务院国资委直接监管的股权多元化中央企业，股权结构为：国务院国资委持有31.21%；中国铝业集团有限公司、中国五矿股份有限公司和赣州稀土集团有限公司分别持有20.33%；中国钢研科技集团有限公司、有研科技集团有限公司分别持有3.90%。

The established China rare earth group is a diversified central enterprise under the direct supervision of the SASAC of the State Council. The ownership structure is: the SASAC of the State Council holds 31.21%; Chinalco, China Minmetals Corporation and Ganzhou rare earth group Co., Ltd. hold 20.33% respectively; China Steel Research Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd. hold 3.90% respectively.

Since the beginning of this year, the reform of state-owned enterprises in the Mainland has accelerated, and a number of state-owned giant enterprises such as China Satellite Network Group, Sinochem Holdings, China Electric Equipment Group and China Logistics Group have been reorganized and established.
