本周稀土市场行情，镨钕、金属钕、镝铁和铽的价格较为稳定。亚洲金属网周末价格: 镨钕金属价格800-810元/KG；金属钕价格900-910元/KG；镝铁合金价格2270-2290元/KG；金属铽价格16450-16650元/KG。

This week, prices of PrNd, Nd metal, DyFe and Tb are relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 800-810 RMB/KG; Nd metal 900-910 RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 2,270-2,290 RMB/KG; and Tb metal 16,450-16,650 RMB/KG.

 （上证报中国证券网讯）12月1日，中国稀土集团发布消息称，11月30日，中国稀土集团与湖南省人民政府在长沙签署战略合作协议。

(Shanghai Securities News, China Securities Network) On December 1, China Rare Earth Group announced that on November 30, China Rare Earth Group and the People's Government of Hunan Province signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changsha.

根据协议，未来将以中国稀土集团为主体，加快包括相关稀土分离及综合回收利用企业在内的湖南省内稀土产业整合，推动离子型稀土矿权配置，形成湖南离子型稀土和独居石综合利用并重为特色的稀土资源供应体系，布局建设采、选、冶及应用为一体的湖南稀土新材料产业园及其配套项目建设，加强湖南省内产学研用产业链整合及合作，实现中国稀土集团打造湖南“资源开发绿色化，冶炼分离智能化，产品应用高端化”的稀土版图，促进湖南稀土产业高质量发展。

本周是月末月初的连接周，稀土市场延续上周走势稳健上涨，主流产品镨钕镝铽报价及成交均有小幅提升，其余主流产品亦表现向好。

The quotation and transaction of praseodymium, neodymium, dysprosium and terbium, the mainstream products, increased slightly, and other mainstream products also performed well.

本周初始，镨钕产品偏稳开局，镝铽有所低位收紧，伴随废料贸易商的68万元/吨及以上的目标价，分离企业出货节奏放缓，报价开始坚挺，贸易商活跃询低，随后集团镝铽询单，提振了贸易商对氧化物的信心。周中期，氧化物少量高价成交带动了整体市价，氧化镨钕报价不断上调。在如此弱的氛围下，整体市场缺少有效询单，下游磁材的谨慎观望和刚需小采，贸易企业的获利了结及畏高出货增多，氧化物走势堪弱。

With the scrap traders' target price of 680,000 RMB/TON and above, the shipping rhythm of the separation enterprises slowed down, and the quotations began to firm. The traders actively inquired about the low price. Subsequently, the group's Dy and Tb inquiry sheet boosted traders' confidence in oxides. In the middle of the week, a small amount of oxides traded at a high price, driving the overall market price, and the quotation of PrNd oxide kept rising. In such a weak atmosphere, the overall market lacks effective inquiries, the downstream magnetic materials are cautiously wait-and-see and just need small mining, the profit taking of trading enterprises and the fear of high shipments increase, and the trend of oxides is weak.

综上来看，短期内受多地疫情和运输时限影响，生产企业的原料库存普遍维持低位，整体原料货源偏紧的氛围下，对稀土基本面有一定的支撑，但需求也拖累上行驱动，价格可能在有限的空间内震荡运行的概率较大。（瑞道稀土资讯）
