本周稀土市场行情，镨钕价格保持平稳，与上周持平，镝铁和铽价格继续小幅上涨。 亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格385-390元/KG (上海有色，388-392元/KG)，镝铁合金价格1250-1270元/KG (上海有色，1270-1280元/KG)，金属铽价格3830-3880元/KG (上海有色，3880-3920元/KG)。

This week, price of PrNd kept stable and basically unchanged from last week. DyFe and Tb price continued to rise slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 385-390RMB/KG(price from SMM: 388-392RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1250-1270RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1270-1280RMB/KG), and Tb metal 3830-3880RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3880-3920RMB/KG).

越南Vitech Scientific有限公司计划从3月末起开始生产重稀土氧化物以增加稀土产量。“今年我们能从本地供货商处采购到稀土精矿,因此计划增加轻稀土产量，并开始生产重稀土，"该消息人士称，并表示他们的目标是每月生产10吨重稀土氧化物，其中包括氧化镝99. 5%min和氧化铽99.99%min。

Vietnam Vitech Scientific Co., Ltd. plans to start production of heavy rare earth oxides to increase rare earth production from the end of March. "This year we were able to procure rare earth concentrates from local suppliers, so we plan to increase production of light rare earth and start producing heavy rare earth," the source said and added that they were aiming to produce 10 tons heavy rare earth oxides every month, including Dy oxide 99. 5%min and Tb oxide 99.99%min.

2. 业内人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders

2月27日氧化镝铽报价及成再度走高，据市场反馈，氧化镝成已突破127万元/吨，主流126.5万元/吨左右。氧化铽涨势稍逊但保持强劲，主流成保持在295万元/吨以上。

On February 27, Dy and Tb oxide quotation and transaction were higher again. According to market feedback, Dy oxide transaction has exceeded 1.27 million RMB/ton, the mainstream is 1.265 million RMB/ton or so. The rising trend of Tb oxide is slightly less but remains strong, mainstream transactions remain at 2.95 million RMB/ton or more.

重稀土贸易开始活跃，各大企业继续采购，贸易商亦开始扩大收货力度。氧化镝铽询单频繁但成谨慎，资金占用及对应金属价位问题开始显现。今日镝铁报价126-128万元/吨与氧化镝持平，且为数不多的交其价位更是略低于氧化镝。大部分镝铁厂家已无法现采现产，而磁材企业对镝铁的压价力度丝毫不减，唯拥有低价时期库存的企业仍在维持长期客户的小量需求。（瑞道金属网）

Today DyFe quotes 1.26-1.28 million RMB/ton, which levels off Dy oxide, and a few transactions price of DyFe is slightly lower than Dy oxide. Most DyFe manufacturers are no longer able to produce with present mining, and the pressure on price reduction of DyFe by magnetic enterprises remains unchanged.
