本周稀土市场行情，镨钕价格继续小幅下跌，镝铁继续小幅上涨，铽价格保持平稳。 亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格332-337元/KG (上海有色，330-335元/KG)，镝铁合金价格1460-1480元/KG (上海有色，1480-1490元/KG)，金属铽价格4050-4100元/KG (上海有色，4020-4050元/KG)。

This week, price of PrNd fell slightly while DyFe price continued to rise. Tb price kept stable. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 332-337RMB/KG (price from SMM: 330-335 RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1,460-1,480RMB/KG (price from SMM: 1,480-1,490RMB/KG), and Tb metal 4,050-4,100RMB/KG (price from SMM:4,020-4,050RMB/KG).

根据海关统计，2019年3月份我国稀土出口数量4658.5吨，1-3月份累计11297.4吨，相对于2018年一季度累计12449.0吨下降9.3%。2019年3月份稀土出口金额36.2百万美元，1-3月份累计出口金额109.6百万美元，累计与2018年同期相比减少7.9%。

According to customs statistics, the exports of rare earth in China in March 2019 was 4,658.5 tons, and the total volume of rare earth in January-March was 1,1297.4 tons, a decrease of 9.3% compared with the total volume of 1,2449.0 tons in the first quarter of 2018. In March 2019, the amount of rare earth exports was USD36.2 million, and the cumulative export value in January-March was USD109.6 million, a decrease of 7.9% compared with the same period in 2018.

4月19日，镨钕系产品虽仍处弱势，但上中游成本压力已近限，企业降价抵触情绪明显，部分生产厂家镨钕产量仅维持长期客户需求，且减产范围尚在扩大。

On April 19th, although the PrNd series products were still weak, the cost pressure of the upper and middle stream was near the limit, and the resistance of the enterprises to price reduction was obvious. Some manufacturers only maintained long-term customer demand, and the scope of production reduction was still expanding.

自新税率实施以来，镨钕系产品一直向成本线逼近，但下调速度由初的急剧变为近期的减缓，厂家报价极为谨慎，微薄让利已经形同忍痛割肉难以进行。

Since the implementation of the new tax rate, the PrNd series products have been approaching the cost line, but the rate of downward adjustment has changed from the initial sharp to the recent slowdown. The manufacturers offer extremely cautious, and the meager profit had become difficult to carry out.

国外企业的境况亦不甚乐观，Lynas一季度产量虽然同比增加33%，但同时对外披露将暂停镨钕产品销售。基于中国企业强大的竞价能力，Lynas决定暂停镨钕产品销售，同时后期销售目标主要为其日本客户群体，言下之意中国市场投入将有所削弱。此外，其层表示，近期镨钕产品虽处弱势但囤货明智可行，表露出其对镨钕触底反弹的信心。

The situation of foreign enterprises was also not very optimistic. Lynas output in the first quarter increased by 33% year on year, but it also disclosed that it would suspend the sales of PrNd. Due to the strong bidding ability of Chinese enterprises, Lynas decided to suspend the sales of PrNd products. At the same time, the sales target of Lynas was mainly its Japanese customers, which means that the Chinese market investment will be weakened. In addition, its leadership said it was wise and feasible to stock up on PrNd despite its weak position in the near future, demonstrating its confidence in the bottom out of PrNd.
