本周稀土市场行情，镨钕，镝铁和铽价格保持平稳，与上周持平。亚洲金属网价格: 镨钕金属价格404-409元/KG（上海有色，406-410元/KG），镝铁合金价格1220-1240元/KG，金属铽价格3850-3900元/KG（上海有色，3880-3920元/KG）。

俄罗斯政府已经决定降低稀土金属矿石开采税。 根据政府主席梅德韦杰夫的说法，这将刺激稀土金属的开采。 税被建议从8%降低到4.8%。(上海有色网)

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 404-409RMB/KG (price from SMM: 406-410RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1,220-1,240RMB/KG and Tb metal 3,850-3,900RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3,880-3,920RMB/KG).

The Russian government has decided to reduce taxes on rare earth metal ore mining. According to Medvedev, chairman of the government, this will stimulate the exploitation of rare earth metals. Taxes are proposed to be reduced from 8% to 4.8%. (SMM)

本周仅三个交易日，国内稀土市场表现平稳，交投乏力，节后市场人士多以观望为主。下游需求动力不足，目前钕铁硼终端需求除新能源汽车情况尚可之外，风电及传统电子产品以维稳或下滑居多，加之现货供应较为充足，价格缺乏上行动能。 因接下来即将临近春节，预计节前补货行情即将启动，但整体需求释放预计有限，稀土价格料将保持平稳。(上海有色网)
